The Mill at Ulverston’s partly Grade II listed building is an idyllic, charming location to celebrate any private event, big or small. We can cater for birthday and anniversary celebrations, as well as intimate events for christenings, baby showers and wedding receptions.
Our inviting and spacious Loft Bar is also the perfect space to invite friends and family to have some fun in a Cocktail Making Masterclass, making your own tasty cocktails - with a little help from our trained mixologists.

The Mill's Loft Bar
Our spacious Loft Bar, the Mill’s former corn store, is a beautiful open space surrounded by original beams and features complemented by a contemporary decor. The Loft Bar can host up to 80 people.
Please note: There is a minimum of 30 guests needed to exclusively book the loft. Regrettably, the architectural nature of our listed building means our Restaurant and Loft are only accessible via stairs.
The Mill's Restaurant
The Mill’s charming first-floor restaurant caters up to 40 people seated. The room is filled with natural light and original stone walls.
I hosted my sons christening in the charming restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging everything prior to the event. On the day the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back again for other events in the future!
